Shipping your package

Orders are prepared and shipped the day of check-in and payment of your order for past MIDI orders (12h A.M.And the next day for those spent afternoon. Provided that articles are in stock.

If some items in your order are not in stock and available right away, we often decide to make a partial shipping (without additional cost for you) to quickly deliver what is available.

For deferred payments (transfer), your order is taken into account when receiving your payment. For payment by credit card, your order is automatically validated for acceptance of your payment and immediately goes to treatment.

When shipping your order You receive an email confirming you shipping.

Delivery of your order

The commands are delivered in 24 to 72 hours after the transport you have chosen when registering the order. The default delivery mode uses the mail mail circuit for a delivery of your mailbox package, even during your absence.

Package shipments are accompanied by a link on the parcel tracking.

Return of your order or some articles

In Lattes Express Returns are very simple and supported for a period of 14 days. This means that if you are not satisfied with the product received, that it is not compatible with your device or you no longer use it, you can return it to us very simply. The return fee remains at your expense. We will then proceed to a refund.

All you need is, after receiving your order, connect to your Customer Area and go into the "My Orders" section and then use the "Reband Request" function in the relevant command. Add the details and comments and we will process your request to validate the return as soon as possible.

After accepting your request, we will send you the return good to print and insert in your package. Your package will be dropped in one of the post office or a relay point of your choice.

As soon as your package returns to our warehouses, we check the condition of the products, which then allows us to validate a refund. You can return all or part of your order to the address indicated on the invoice. Make your request back on the history of your order on your customer account.

The returned items must be in their state of origin without defects. Sealed packaging should not have been opened. The items contained in unsealed packaging should not have been used.

As soon as you return controlled and validated, we reimburse your payment method (CB, Paypal or Transfer).
